I am currently wanting to lose a total of 50-70 pounds before my wedding in October 2016. As many brides can attest, we all want to look beautiful on that special day. I want to look healthy for the rest of my life and on that day as well. I have decided that starting now gives me time to reach my goal in a healthy way instead of starving myself or taking those silly pills.
Many people say that it takes more than a diet to change the way you look and I am here to prove that with a diet and lifestyle change, you can accomplish that goal.
